What we collect

When you send a form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, phone, email, ZIP code, practice name and notes, plus the page you were on.

Who we share it with

A dental office hiring request goes to a dental staffing service or recruiter that covers your area so it can contact you. A hygienist sign-up goes to dental offices or staffing services hiring near you. The staffing service or office may pay us for our referral service. Otherwise we share your information only with the service providers that run this website and our email, or when the law requires it.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and basic request details to serve pages and block abuse.

Cookies and analytics

Once the site is live we may use Google Analytics 4 to see how it is used, such as pages viewed and form submissions. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and device details; you can block it in your browser or with Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). We don't run advertising trackers.

Your choices

To have your information deleted or corrected, write to Voll Group LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. To stop calls or texts from a staffing service or office, tell them, or reply STOP to a text.
